Meet Lauren

As the daughter of a Contractor, Lauren grew up redesigning her room over and over with sketches of floor plans and lots of paint. She learned from a very young age the ins and outs of what it takes to create a well thought out home.  She dreamed of owning her own interior design firm and one day merging with her father’s construction company to create a full service design firm. After receiving her degree in Interior Design at Virginia Commonwealth University, she worked for a well renowned hospitality and residential design firm where she gained 6 years of hands on experience. From there she ventured on to partnering with Debbie Brooks and co-owned Posh Home. They collaborated together on projects for over 10 years. After a successful decade as a design duo, Lauren’s childhood dream finally came to life and Lauren Christopher Designs was created. For Lauren, interior design is creating a place where you want to build memories while making spaces feel timeless and cozy.
